Description
Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date, the client may request either a full refund or that the event be rescheduled to another date. In the event that the cancellation takes place seven (7) or fewer days prior to the event date, the client may request the event to be rescheduled to a future date, otherwise, the guest is responsible for the full agreed-upon balance including any food and beverage credits paid for.
Unless there is a city-wide weather emergency, this policy remains in effect regardless of the weather that day as T-Shotz can be played regardless of the weather. In case there is a city-wide weather emergency, T-Shotz reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your event with no penalty.
